[Installment] What is the minimum spend for installment plan and how is it calculated?

The minimum spend to be eligible for the Shopee installment plan is RM500, and it is based on the checkout value (after the deduction of discount vouchers) instead of a single order/item value.
Please find the checkout scenarios below for better your understanding:

FAQ :
Q: I have selected 2 products from the same seller that offers Credit Card Installments but I am unable to select this payment option during checkout. Why is this happening?
A: There could be 2 possible reasons for this :
a) You did not meet the accumulative minimum spend to be eligible to pay using Credit Card Installment, OR
b) Seller has the option to selectively offer Credit Card Installment for each of their product. You will only be given the Credit Card Installment option when both products in the cart offer this payment method. For confirmation, you may chat with the seller on this.
Q: Product A from Seller A offers only 6-month installment tenure whereas Product B from Seller B offers up to 12-month installment tenure. What is the installment tenure I can choose from?
A: Since both sellers have different tenure offered for their products, buyers will only be offered the lower tenure available for both sellers. In this case, the buyer can only check out with a 6-month Installment payment.
